By accessing this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Educational purpose

Content about the Seed Backup Verification Tracker and related drills is informational and educational. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See Not Financial Advice.

Accounts and conduct

You agree not to share seed phrases, private keys, or other secrets with Devcloud Hub staff or through our forms. You will not disrupt cohorts, scrape the site excessively, or misrepresent affiliation with Devcloud Hub.

Intellectual property

Course materials, templates, branding, and site copy remain the property of Devcloud Hub or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal educational use. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of paid materials without written consent is prohibited.

Payments and refunds

Listed prices are informational. Binding fees are confirmed in writing before enrollment. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devcloud Hub is not liable for losses arising from reliance on educational materials, failed recoveries, hardware faults, or third-party tools. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the tuition fees you paid us for the specific course giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Devcloud Hub against claims arising from your misuse of materials, disclosure of secrets contrary to our guidance, or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daegu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
