Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, message topic).
  • Enrollment and invoice records when you purchase a cohort offline.
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
  • Cookie preferences stored locally in your browser (see Cookies).

Do not send seed phrases or private keys. If such material is received accidentally, we delete it and may terminate the related conversation.

Purposes

We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver courses, improve educational materials about the Seed Backup Verification Tracker, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active enrollment or dispute. Invoice records are retained as required under Korean commercial and tax rules. Analytics aggregates may be kept longer in anonymized form.

User rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email support@devcloud-hub.digital with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Korea. If we use processors outside Korea (for example, email delivery), we apply contractual safeguards and transfer only the minimum data needed.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport where supported, and staff training. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use unique passwords for any future learner portals we introduce.

Children

Services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.

We will post updates to this Privacy Policy with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site when feasible.
